God created this world and the human body is one of the most complex structures created by the almighty. To keep it healthy, fit and fine is in our hands. Each part of the body has its own function and it is a continuous chain that our body follows to work as a proper system. But what if the incessant of this chain is disturbed and health meter goes down?? It can lead towards serious problems affecting the body and reducing the life.
